All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to provide you with tracking details for your order.

Delivery fee: $15 AUD (Complimentary for all orders over $500 AUD)
Delivery times: 3-6 business days* from date of dispatch

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to provide you with your tracking details for your order.

Delivery fees (Complimentary for all orders over $500 AUD):

• New Zealand: $25 AUD
• Asia-Pacific: $45 AUD
• U.S.A. & Canada: $60 AUD

• New Zealand: 4-7 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 4-7 business days
• U.S.A. & Canada: 5-9 business days

Note: Offline Archive is not liable for any freight charges, customs or import duties/taxes incurred by our parcel being delivered, including refused shipments or stolen/lost goods. We ship delivery duties unpaid (DDU). This means deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes that must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for information on these prices, so you are not surprised by additional charges.

Exchange of products are permitted for all items that remain in saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached. The goods must not be used or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and provide us with the original invoice as proof of purchase.

All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are to be covered by the customer unless deemed faulty by Offline Archive.

A full refund will be provided for the return of full-priced items that remain in saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached. The goods must not be used or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and provide us with the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are to be covered by the customer unless deemed faulty by Offline Archive.
